Qualify/Submit a Property

  1. Answer the qualifying questions as listed in the app (or see Qualification section of this training portal)

  2. Based on your responses you will either be instructed

    1. The property does not qualify

    2. The home is pre-qualified based on the screening questions, and you may proceed to enter the prospect(seller) basic information to obtain an official offer.

    3. Or the home MAY not qualify for QuickBuy, but please submit the prospect details (property DNA, site visit date, and photos) to receive an offer.

  3. Enter the information as prompted

    1. Seller’s first and last name (note: QuickBuy will contact the seller only if they accept the offer)

    2. Property full address.

    3. Anticipated site visit date (listing appointment date)

    4. Property Characteristics: # of bedrooms, # of baths, est. year of build, est above ground SQ footage, if the home has one of the following: basement, garage, septic, well or central A/C, property type (SFH, condominium or townhouse), and if the property backs to a busy road/powerlines/commercial property 

    5. More info to receive an offer: Take photos (at least one of each room, various angles of the rooms, and enough to adequately represent the property),

    6. Respond to additional questions regarding top selling features, top challenges for marketing the home, subject to HOA, unique characteristics of the home, seller’s expected timeline to sell and your typical commission for this home.

  4. SUBMIT the property for an offer

    1. A QuickBuy asset manager will respond to you within 1-2 business days.

    2. An “incomplete” or “pending” status means the information is not complete and has not been sent to QuickBuy. Please review data and submit again to receive an offer.
