Offer FAQs

A: You (Agent) are delivering the contract/offer to the seller, but not negotiating the offer.

A: After the department has received the property information from your app submission, you can expect to receive the official offer within 1-2 business days. Evening and weekend coverage is light, so best to submit before noon CST on Fridays.

A: The QuickBuy department has a team of experts that work with you to establish the most likely sales price for each home. They use up to date market information, both recently closed sales and currently listed homes, to determine the Most Probable Sale Price for each home. The asset manager will communicate the comps they use when they send the offer to you. Your feedback is welcome if you feel there is a major flaw in the comps used.

A: If your seller does not elect any of the QuickBuy offers, it is then your opportunity to capture a listing. QuickBuy expects a smaller % of sellers will accept an offer vs. list traditionally, yet ALL sellers still like to explore their options before making the choice.
