Inventory Property Requirements
There are minor requirements for homes that are purchased by QuickBuy® for resale. Your brokerage’s relocation department (if applicable) will be responsible for putting all utilities in their name or transferred into their office name, effective the day of closing. They will also be responsible for ordering any lawn/snow removal service, basic sales clean scheduling and any minor clean up. All expenses are reimbursable on a regular basis to the brokerage. If your brokerage does not have a relocation department, another individual will be designated to manage this process for all home purchased by QuickBuy®. Please check with your managing broker to determine who is responsible for the upkeep on inventory homes.
