Q: Who presents the offer/contract to the seller?
A: You(Agent) are presenting the contract/offer to the seller

Q: How long does it take to receive an official QuickBuy offer?

A: After the department has received the property information from your app submission, you can expect to receive the official offer within 24-48 business hours.

Q: How is the official offer value determined?

A: The QuickBuy department has a team of experts that work with you to establish the most likely sales price for each home. They use up to date market information, both recently closed sales and currently listed homes, to determine the fair market value(FMV) for each home.

Q: What happens if my seller is not interested in any of the QuickBuy offers?

A: If your seller does not elect any of the QuickBuy offers, that is your opportunity to get your listing agreement signed. QuickBuy expects a smaller % of sellers accepting an offer, but ALL sellers still want to see their options.
