Q: Who presents the offer/contract to the seller?
A: You (Agent) are presenting the contract/offer to the seller, but not negotiating the offer.

 

Q: How long does it take to receive an official QuickBuy offer?

A: After the department has received the property information from your app submission, you can expect to receive the official offer within 24-48 business hours. Evening and weekend coverage is light, so best to submit before noon CST on Fridays.

 

Q: How is the official offer value determined?

A: The QuickBuy department has a team of experts that work with you to establish the most likely sales price for each home. They use up to date market information, both recently closed sales and currently listed homes, to determine the fair market value(FMV) for each homeMost Probable Sale Price for each home. The asset manager will communicate the comps they use when they send the offer to you. Your feedback is welcome if you feel there is a major flaw in the comps used.

Q: What happens if my seller is not interested in any of the QuickBuy offers?

A: If your seller does not elect any of the QuickBuy offers, that it is then your opportunity to get your capture a listing agreement signed. QuickBuy expects a smaller % of sellers accepting will accept an offer vs. list traditionally, but yet ALL sellers still want like to see explore their options before making the choice.
