Once the home pre-qualifies on the QuickBuy® App, it can be submitted to QuickBuy for final qualification. The next step is to complete the discovery to determine the seller’s situation, how the program may support their needs, price expectation, timeline, etc.

 

House Qualified:

AGENT: “Great news! Your house may be eligible for more than one of the QuickBuy® “immediate” home sale programs! That could be perfect for your situation because (outline benefits).

Would you like to see an offer?”

House did not qualify:

AGENT: “Your house does not qualify for an immediate offer due to (reasons), so here is what I suggest as our best course of action… (Listing opportunity)”

 

Interested in offer:

AGENT: “Next steps are to take some pictures and gather some data about your house and the local area. I’ll take care of it all. You do not have to do a thing and there is no charge and no obligation to view the offer. (Pause or ask check-in question)

Once I have everything I need, we can review offer in a day or two.  (Pause or ask check in question)

You can decide at that time whether you wish to accept the offer, or we can use the market analysis I’ve completed to go ahead and list your home.

OR – I even have a third option – which gives many sellers absolute assurance their home is going to sell.  We can get the offer, lock it in for 150 days while we put the home on the market to try and get more. We keep the certainty of the offer in -hand the whole time! You can accept the offer whenever you want.  (Pause or ask check-in question)

Ready to Start:
