A: Typical turnaround time to list a property will depend upon the condition in which it is received. If a home is delivered in broom swept condition and free of debris, it typically can be listed within a week. For homes needing more repairs before list, a listing date will be dependent on the difficulty and amount of repairs.

A: If the agent/broker are the procuring cause of accessing the customer there is NO REFERRAL FEE charged by Moving Station. If the Broker/Company generates the lead, then it is up to the brokerage as to what splits/fees they have agreed with their agents.

A: Agents include the usual and customary commissions in the app when the property is originally submitted to QuickBuy. This percentage determines the resale fee and is also  used to pay out commissions to the brokerage upon final sale. Refer to your brokerage as to how QuickBuy commissions may be paid.

A: Regarding purchase contracts, the QuickBuy contract is only applicable when we purchase the home from the seller. Local association contracts are the expectation for offers on inventory listed properties. However, we do have a Seller Addendum and a Disclosure Packet that must be signed by buyers before we can consider any offer complete.

titleQ: What is the rule for dual agency with a listing with QuickBuy?

A:  If an Agent, wants to present a buyer that is his/her customer and represent both sides, QuickBuy will need special approval.   We will evaluate each instance on a case by case basis and determine if we will allow.  If we do, we will likely ask for an adjustment to commission for representing and getting paid on both sides (yet doing less service for us).    We will look at each case individually and the agent should submit this request with the offer or ask QuickBuy upfront to submitting an offer.
