Q: On any repairs, improvements – I understand Moving Station will pay vendors directly. However, is your expectation that the brokerage provide names of recommended local vendors for said services, or are you coordinate directly to find them?

A:  For major all repairs and CapEx, Moving Station will typically identify work with your brokerage contact to  identify and send the crews, in addition to paying the bills.  That said, we .  In addition QB   will reimburse for the repairs.   we are always interested in good local contractors and will also inquire with you about those resources.   For small jobs, if we use your local vendor, we may ask that the broker fill out a reimbursement request form and show proof of payment; we disburse funds multiple times per week and can set up an ETF transfer if desired to speed it payment.   To To be noted, with CapeXCapEx,  we we do work with the agent to verify work performed at the property.   We request proof from the vendor via pictures for completion of repairs, but we want another set of eyes to walk the property (to confirm all work on an invoice has been completed).     

Q: Are we to assume Moving Station is taking care of property taxes, HOAs, etc?
