Yes, there are required price reductions if the home is still listed on the market at day 30, day 60 and day 90. These reductions help “refresh” the listing and continue to assist with reaching the targeted buyers of the home.

No, the seller may always list lower than the suggested Lock prices. They cannot list higher, but they are welcome to reduce sooner, if they feel it is best for the listing.
