A:  For all repairs and CapEx, Moving Station will work with your brokerage contact to  identify and send the crews.  In addition QB   will reimburse for the repairs.   we are always interested in good local contractors and will also inquire with you about those resources.   To be noted, with CapEx, we do work with the agent to verify work performed at the property.   We request proof from the vendor via pictures for completion of repairs, but we want another set of eyes to walk the property (to confirm all work on an invoice has been completed).
